Údolí Rejhotice

The subsidiary of the Salutem Fund – Realitní IV, s.r.o., is the owner of the residential development project Údolí Rejhotice in picturesque Jeseníky mountains. In September/October 2023, the reconstruction of a First Republic villa into more than two dozen mountain apartments will be completed here. In two adjacent complexes, the construction of other apartment and family houses with a wellness centre and related services will follow.

The Fund owns nearly 3 hectares of land intended for development with terraced and detached houses in the village of Velké Losiny, known for its thermal spas. Construction in K Vyhlídce Street is already underway, while the preparation of other houses is in the phase of zoning and design work.

The joint-stock company ASPELL deals with the purchase, management and sale of real estate. Since its establishment in 2008, it has been growing continuously. By the end of 2022, its equity amounted to 68 million crowns, total assets exceeded 140 million Czech crowns. It deals with the provision of complex services in the field of real estate, especially leasing and management, real estate transactions and revitalization of owned real estate.

Salutem Services, s.r.o.

The company has in its portfolio luxury Prague real estate intended for short-term rentals or renovation and subsequent sale. One of them is an apartment unit in Prague 1 with an area of 169 m2 and a yield of 7.14%.
